Welcome!

Welcome!

Hiya! I’m Chelsea, co-captain to a family of 5, newbie vegan mama, and pursuer of the present moment. I’m on a mission to stay mindful and help other busy, overwhelmed parents welcome mindfulness into their hearts so they too can slow life down and delight in the day-to-day. I’m also passionate about sharing what it really looks like when an average, meat and dairy eating family gives up the bacon and cheese and switches to a plant-based diet.
